I have been taking Alpha Zzz for the last 30 days. Within the first week, I noticed, I was waking up much more refreshed than in recent memory; I have also been having vivid dreams. I have been following the recommendations on the label and have also ended my blue light consumption at least an hour before bed. In addition to the Alpha Zzz, I have also been taking the Alpha T, Alpha DK, Alpha CDG. I highly recommend, Thanks Rich.
