Fish oil has so many benefits and the alpha oil is nothing but quality. Goes down easy and no nasty fish burps like the cheap shit. It helps my mental health and focus among other things. Highly recommended.

Your body needs this.. being in construction it’s critical for your body to be pain free everyday, especially your joints. After taking this fish oil I noticed my ankle (which I sprained in high-school really bad) has been almost pain free and no more swelling. Also my elbows and knees just feel more “lubricated” as the best way to put it. 6/5 stars in my book.
