I never knew I was low on vitamin D until I saw Rich talking on a podcast to Dr. Jay. When I checked my Vitamin D levels in my blood labs , I was super low. Been taking 2 pills a day in the winter months, and 1 in the summer. Levels are perfect. Great product. Bonus that it's got the right amount of vitamin K in the pill too, the last thing I want is calcified arteries.

Had my blood labs pulled and my vitamin D was extremely low. I live in PA in the United States, I have a great diet, get a lot of time outside, even in winter. I am very healthy 6’1” 195lbs. Every winter I have come down with somewhat of a seasonal fog (I wouldn’t call it depression) I think this is largely in part to low vitamin D levels. I’ve noticed a lot more energy, focus, and clarity after supplementing Vitamin D. I see why alot of doctors consider it a hormone in men. Will keep buying. Thanks Rich. Doing the work!
