I've been using Burn for a little over a month now. I keep a pretty busy schedule and I've found I always have energy, both mental and physical, to get stuff done. (Note that I also stack with T, DIM, and D/K). MEanwhile I've dropped 7lbs and improved my overall composition considerably. Burn has definitely helped me in multiple ways.
