A fine quality capsul and not bad taste at all ; these alpha t + support supplements have a good start. The fact of the effect is that I notice more how they don't make me spike or get excessive agressive and wear out later feeling. Hulk and hermen modes.. no, I feel stable and balance so gently holistic I could possibly think they are not doing anything at all. But i feel good and my mascinity feels supported .
